Customer requirements

To carry out specialist works for the development site of a new community church. Including the installation of septic tanks, drainage, kerbing, sub-base and tarmac surfacing works.

Carrying out the work

This project involved specialist work by our groundwork team as well as our tarmac and surfacing team to deliver a high-quality, long-lasting finish.

The works carried out included the following.

Drainage and Civils

– Supply and install a sewer treatment plant (Klargester Biodisc Tank).

Complete all foul and storm drainage.

– Lay HB2 kerbs and ACO drainage through the car park and to the perimeter.

Groundworks and Surfacing

– Supply and install a new sub-base 100mm binder and 40mm stone mastic asphalt (SMA) surface course for approx. 6500m2.

– Car park line marking.

The final result

The project was completed within three months.

The client was very happy with the works and the final finish for their new church development.
