About the Role
As a Sales Co-ordinator you will ensure a first-class service is delivered across all MAC Groundworks projects, specifically supporting the estimating and contracts departments in ensuring successful completion of estimating and sales monitoring and reporting.
Key departmental responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Day-to-day management of the sales queries and sales processes
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure project alignment
- Following up quotations
- Answering the sales and direct phone calls
- Proactively reach out to customers to uncover additional quoting opportunities
- Tracking customer performance.
- Retaining internal customer records and databases
- Assisting with the preparation of office documents
- General ad-hoc office duties such as printing, scanning and data input.
